UVD Robots® are autonomous disinfecting robots equipped with UV-C light that kills viruses and bacteria on surfaces and in the air. They are used as part of the regular cleaning cycle with the aim to prevent and reduce the spread of infectious diseases, viruses, bacteria, and other types of harmful organic micro-organisms in the environment by breaking down their DNA-structure.
The UVD Robots® can disinfect small and large areas, killing up to 99.99% of pathogens such as MRSA, C-diff, and CPR/CRA. The UV-C light is highly effective against most types of bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2).
